The Technology Foundation BioMed Freiburg City of Freiburg, the Albert Ludwig University Freiburg, the Industry and Trade Chamber Südlicher Oberrhein, the Economic Federation of Industrial Companies Baden e.V., the Sparkasse Freiburg-Nördlicher Breisgau and the Trades Assocation Freiburg are members of the Technology Foundation BioMed Freiburg. It supports applied research and its implementation in business applications. The foundation is simultaneously the proprietor of the BioTechPark Freiburg, which offers young companies in the life sciences sector optimal start-up conditions. The Scientific Advisory Board of the foundation makes the decisions on acceptance of companies.
